Jenee believes in bringing a beautiful experience to Daybreak’s thousands of annual guests and for creating a harmonious team that “feels like family,” says Rushlow-Osborne.
She is guided by the principles of “happy team, happy clients.” As the brains behind the operation, she is inspired by her parents’ example and commitment to caring for her team and fostering a career, not just a job. In turn, her dedicated team reciprocates that appreciation with some tenured Daybreak careers going back more than 25 years, and many celebrating more than a decade of Daybreak.
“All that we are, and all that we do, is because of our incredible team, they are the ones who deserve every drop of credit for making our guests feel and look more beautiful every day. It’s a privilege to work with this amazing team of women,” says Jenee.
As a licensed stylist, she has an instinct for taking care of every guest’s need, introducing tools, technology and hair and skin care products to enhance the in-salon and at-home experience to make every day at Daybreak more beautiful.
