Booking your next visit is quick and easy—most appointments can be reserved online, and you can request the ones that need a little more planning.

You can now rebook an exact copy of a previous appointment.

The "Rebook Exact Past Appointments" feature allow you to rebook:

  • The exact services you previously received,
  • with the same staff members (if available),
  • in the same order that the services were booked originally,
  • directly from your appointment history.

To reserve your appointment, we require a credit card or Daybreak gift card to be securely kept on file.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

For multiple services, spa packages, or appointments lasting 3 hours or more, we require 48 hours’ notice. Without sufficient notice, we reserve the right to charge up to the full value of the scheduled services.

Running late? We understand things happen, but arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we’ll need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, based on availability.
