HAIR REMOVAL

Due to exfoliating products that could irritate the skin, we advise you not to shave your legs the day of your appointment if receiving a pedicure. If you are receiving any waxing service, be sure the hair is at least a 1/4 inch long. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings so please leave all valuables at home.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to complete necessary paperwork and also ensures that your service begins on time. A late arrival will affect the duration of your treatment time. Your treatment will end as scheduled so that we may serve our next guest promptly.

We understand that sometimes our guests must take calls while in the salon. We ask that you please set cell phones to silent mode. If needed, texting and laptops are encouraged. Cell phones are not permitted in the Spa to preserve guest experience and privacy. Please refrain from talking on your cell phone within the spa, and be respectful and courteous of guests relaxing in all areas of the spa.

The Spa is a refuge for adults. For the comfort of our guests, children with an appointment are welcome, however, we are unable to supervise children during a parent’s appointment.

Daybreak Spa welcomes minor guests  for services with the signed written consent of a parent or legal guardian. A parent is requested to be present in the treatment room for the duration of the Spa treatment.  If the parent elects not to be in the treatment room with the minor, the parent must sign a release indicating so. A parent/legal guardian must be present at the service to complete and sign the Health History Form and a consent for treatment.

Daybreak Spa welcomes guests between the ages of 16 and 18 to receive waxing services with written parental/legal guardian consent and with a parent present in the treatment room during the service. Brazilian waxing services are only available for adults 18 years and older.
