For an additional charge, these signature aroma treatments can be enhanced with a hot stone massage with steamed towels or a paraffin dip with heated mitts. Preparing for a CND Shellac nail service

Our nail team are Certified CND Nail technicians, trained in nail care and artistry. We exclusively use CND Shellac Brand Polish, featuring 14+ day wear, 2x faster removal, vegan and up more than 150 colors. If you have received a ``gel`` or ``acrylic`` service at another salon, removal and nail preparation time may exceed our scheduled time. We ask that you identify the products currently on your nails at booking, so we may estimate a time and price to remove prior to proceeding with your Daybreak nail service. Typically, this extended service time requires a removal fee.

Preparing for Your Visit

As a certified CND Shellac nail team, we request that you disclose the type of polish currently on your hands and feet at booking.

Often times, other products are commonly referred to as “shellac” but are indeed not CND Shellac, but another form of polish that requires additional booking time and expense for its complete removal.

Due to exfoliating products that could irritate the skin, we advise you not to shave your legs the day of your appointment if receiving a pedicure.

If you are receiving any waxing service, be sure the hair is at least a 1/4 inch long.

The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings so please leave all valuables at home.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to fill out any necessary paperwork and also ensures that your service begins on time. A late arrival will affect the length of your treatment time. Your treatment will end as scheduled so that we may serve our next guest on time.

Environment

We understand that sometimes our guests must take calls while in the salon. We ask that you please set cell phones to silent mode. If needed, texting and laptops are encouraged. Cell phones are not permitted in the Spa to preserve guest experience and privacy. Please refrain from talking on your cell phone within the spa, and be respectful and courteous of guests relaxing in all areas of the spa.

Children Policy

The spa is a refuge for adults.

We do welcome children that have an appointment however, we do not have the facilities to watch children during a parent’s appointment. For the comfort of our Spa guests, children are not allowed in the spa unless receiving a service. We ask that children be left in the care of a loving adult, unless receiving a service. If a child is under 18 years of age, a parental consent form must be signed by a legal guardian before any service begins.Thank you for understanding.
