Booking an Appointment
Walk-ins are not guaranteed an immediate service unless there is a technician available. For this reason, setting up an appointment is highly recommended. We recommend calling a week or more in advance to ensure your desired time is available. If there are two or more people in your spa party, or you wish to book multiple services, we recommend that you call at least two weeks in advance. When booking multiple salon and spa services, we will ask for a credit card or gift card number to reserve the appointments. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments and late cancellations.
Groups/Spa Days
We enjoy hosting a wide range of events such as pre-weddings, birthdays, corporate outings, or simply a day of relaxation. We offer robes and slippers to each guest in the spa party and a lunch is available for an additional charge. Choose from one of our existing salon and spa packages or create your own.
Pricing
All prices in our brochure are subject to change. You have the right to be informed of the price of any service before the service begins. Don’t hesitate to ask if there is any question on pricing.
Preparing for Your Visit
Due to exfoliating products that could irritate the skin, we advise you not to shave your legs the day of your appointment if receiving a pedicure. If you are receiving any waxing service, be sure the hair is at least a 1/4 inch long. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings so please leave all valuables at home.
Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to fill out any necessary paperwork and also ensures that your service begins on time. A late arrival will affect the length of your treatment time. Your treatment will end as scheduled so that we may serve our next guest on time.
Environment
The spa is a refuge for adults. We ask that children be left in the care of a loving adult, unless receiving a service. If a child is under 18 years of age, a parental consent form must be signed by a legal guardian before any service begins. Upon entering the spa, we ask that cell phones and pagers be placed on silent. Please refrain from talking on your cell phone within the spa, and be respectful and courteous of guests relaxing in all areas of the spa.
Confirmations
A courtesy confirmation text or call will be placed to each client 24 hours prior to each appointment. In the event that we do not reach you, you are still expected to arrive for your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please call at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Multiple services are held by a credit card or gift card number. We reserve the right to charge 50% of your service for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointments. No shows and cancellations within 2 hours prior to appointments will be charged in full.
During Your Service
Our staff is made up of highly qualified, professional individuals, who are willing to serve you throughout your visit. During a massage, facial, or body treatment you will be asked to disrobe to your comfort level. You will be properly covered during all spa services. Communicate with your technician regarding room temperature, pressure, and technique. We value your feedback.
Gratuity
Tipping is not expected, but always appreciated, and is left to your discretion. If you would like to tip your technician, our Guest Coordinators will be happy to assist you with that at the time of ring up. It will be reflected on your final receipt.
Form of Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards- MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also take cash and checks. There will be a fee for any check that is returned.
